You can ask us to delete information about you or your child at any time. You don’t need to give a reason.
If you never created an account
We hold nothing that identifies you. Free games keep progress only in your browser’s storage on your device. To remove it, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
If you have a parent account
- Delete one child profile: from your parent dashboard. The nickname, avatar and practice history for that child are removed.
- Delete the whole account: from your parent dashboard, or by emailing us if you can’t sign in. We verify the request with a confirmation link sent to the account email.
Parent accounts are not open yet. Until they are, there is no account data to delete.
Email us
Write to hello@kids51.com with the subject “Delete my data” from the email address on the account. We will confirm, then delete. How long each kind of record is kept, and what happens to backups, is set out in our Data Retention Policy.
